PLEASE JOIN US IN PERSON at SLC: 2201 PARK TOWNE CIRCLE ON SEPTEMBER 19TH 2026 Saturday (3rd Saturday of the month) from 9 am to 11am.
Let’s gather and welcome each other at 9am for coffee or tea and enjoy the fellowship as WE explore HEALTHY AGING. We will use an easy yet comprehensive guide on how to keep our body young, our mind sharp and our spirit fulfilled. The researchers at the Mayo Clinic’s Kogod Center on Aging are probing ways to help slow the clock on chronic conditions that set in as we get older. We may be living longer but not better. Their goal is to increase health span, the length of time that we remain relatively free of disease and disability, so we can enjoy higher-quality lives. A copy of the guide will be available to you.
