PLEASE JOIN US IN PERSON at SLC: 2201 PARK TOWNE CIRCLE ON Saturday FEBRUARY 21, 2026 (3rd Saturday of the month) from 9 am to 11am.


Let’s gather and welcome each other at 9am for coffee or tea and enjoy the fellowship as Gerald Djuth, L.Ac guides us through an aging brain assessment process with suugestions and ideas on how to stay mentally sharp as we age.


Gerald will conclude the session with a participatory Qi Gong exercise in the courtyard.


Gerald earned a Masters of degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine and is board certified in acupuncture, herbology and Oriental Physical Medicine and is a Certified Massage Therapist. His practice includes nutrition, applied kinesiology and orthopedic assessment.


Please join us for insight and refreshments as we once again gather to learn more about and DISCUSS this important topic concerning health tips on the aging brain.
