In week 4 we continue our Faith in Action series based on the book We Were Made for These Times: 10 Lessons on Moving Through Change, Loss, and Disruption by Kaira Jewel Lingo. This Sunday join Rev. Lisa Lawson as we learn about five steps of caring for strong emotions, and how we can nurture ourselves and accept the gifts and insights received from these strong winds and emotional tsunamis.
