Sunday Colors: Navy, Yellow, Orange, & White

We explore the rich spiritual paths of Jainism and Sikhism, two of India’s major Dharmic traditions, highlighting their unique paths toward spiritual liberation and ethical living. The gentle, mindful awareness of the Jain and the courageous, active, awakened spirit of the Sikh together call us into greater oneness.

How these colors were chosen:

Navy Blue: Represents the Khalsa spiritual warrior, bravery, and the divine. It was the color chosen by Guru Gobind Singh.

Basanti (Bright Yellow/Mustard): The traditional color of the Khalsa flag (Nishan Sahib). It signifies spirituality, wisdom, joy, and the spring season.

Kesari (Saffron Orange): Represents martyrdom (Shahidi), sacrifice, and supreme courage. It is widely worn during religious gatherings and rallies.

White: Signifies peace, purity, and saintliness. It is often worn by elders or volunteers performing community service (Seva).
