Sunday Colors: Blue & Green
We tend to think of Walden Pond as a garden oasis described by Henry David Thoreau. However, even in his
day, there were railroad trains on Walden Pond. Rev. Rick Belous will explain how we can have “Walden Pond
experiences” even in the midst of the railroad train noises in our lives.
In-person at Spiritual Life Center:
2201 Park Towne Circle, Sacramento, CA 95825
or

How these colors were chosen:
Blue centers on divine connection, inner peace, and higher truth. As the color of the infinite sky and deep
ocean, blue bridges the earthly and spiritual realms, symbolizing wisdom, protection, and calm awareness.
Green centers on growth, healing, renewal, and balance. As the universal color of nature, it represents life,
fresh beginnings, a deep connection to the earth, and the continuous cycle of personal and spiritual evolution.
