Sunday Colors: Orange & White
Over the last several months, we have been exploring some of the early pioneers of the New Thought
movement. William James, often cited as the father of American psychology, pioneered the recognition of
New Thought to a wider audience. He also offered the movement important warnings which we would be
wise to acknowledge now more than ever. Join Rev. Rick Belous as we examine the shadow side of “healthyminded” optimism.
In-person at Spiritual Life Center:
2201 Park Towne Circle, Sacramento, CA 95825

How these colors were chosen:
Orange blends the fiery passion of red with the cheerful optimism of yellow. It symbolizes vitality, creativity,
transformation, and divine illumination. As a high-vibration hue, it represents the inner fire of spiritual
awakening, emotional healing, and a strong connection to one's life purpose.
White universally symbolizes purity, divine light, and a clean slate. It represents the sum of all visible light
frequencies combined, serving as a powerful emblem of unity, higher truth, and a direct connection to the
sacred or angelic realms.
