Location: In Person at SLC
Time: Tea/Coffee Potluck Social at 9:30 a.m. Program is from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. PDT
Post Program Optional Group Card Reading: All are also invited to stay after the program to continue to socialize as well as participate in a group card reading from 12:15 to 1 p.m. which will be related to the program presented that morning.

What if the spiritual journey isn't about becoming someone better, wiser, or more evolved, but remembering who we were before the world taught us who we needed to be?
A Journey Back to the Remembered Self explores the roles, identities, and adaptations we gather throughout our lives—and what begins to emerge when we no longer need to hold onto them so tightly. It is an invitation to move beyond the endless pursuit of self-improvement and toward something deeper: the remembrance of the self that has been there all along.
Please bring a journal and pen with you.
About our speaker: Teresa Campos is a spiritual teacher, curandera, and retreat facilitator whose work invites others into deeper relationship with themselves, the body, and the wisdom of the natural world. Drawing from earth-based practices, ancestral teachings, sound, ceremony, and decades of spiritual exploration, Teresa creates spaces for remembrance, healing, and transformation. At the heart of her work is a simple invitation: to return to what has always been within us.
