Time: Tea/Coffee Potluck Social at 9:30 a.m. Program is from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. PDT

Post Program Optional Group Card Reading: All are also invited to stay after the program to continue to socialize as well as participate in a group card reading from 12:15 to 1 p.m. which will be related to the program presented that morning.

August 2026 WOS Program with Sally Fitts, LCSW:

Many of us long for greater peace, purpose, love, or a deeper connection with the Divine. But what if those longings are more than wishes? What if they are quietly guiding us back to something essential that has always been within?

Together, we will explore these questions through self-reflection, guided meditation, and conversation. Sally will share her personal journey from questioning and skepticism to a way of living shaped by inquiry, experience, and the unexpected gifts of Raja Yoga. Along the way, she will introduce simple spiritual principles that have brought profound meaning and practical value to her own life, inviting participants to discover what these ideas might awaken through the lens of their own experience.

About our speaker: Sally Fitts, LCSW, is a Raja Yoga meditation teacher and psychotherapist in private practice. For more than 50 years, she has helped children, teens, and adults deepen their relationship with themselves, with others, and with their spiritual source. During the past 20 years as a Brahma Kumari, her own journey has inspired a deep commitment to supporting others in awakening their soul's treasured qualities, inner strengths, and capacity for lasting personal and spiritual transformation.
