Lisa Lawson will chat with Elaine Laroa, SLC's Finance and Marketing Director, about her 60-year personal and spiritual journey. Learn about her deep spiritual roots as a first-generation American in a Filipino Catholic family, her exposure to World Religions and non-denominational Christianity at U.C. Berkeley, her involvement in evangelical Christianity, and her ex-communication after coming out as gay. Discover how she reconciled her sexuality with her spiritual beliefs, her introduction to Unity, her role at SLC, and the programs and teachings that have healed and expanded her awareness over the past several decades. Join us for a lively discussion on the vibrant threads of Elaine's spiritual tapestry.
