Aging isn’t decline — it’s your Spiritual Glow‑up!

The Spiritual Elder Project evening will be a joyful, heart-centered gathering where “us elders” will explore divine guidance, share inspiring stories, connect through a lively breakout session, and explore continuing to grow and gain deeper wisdom “all the way!” We will embrace aging as a spiritual initiation rather than a decline. Together we will explore our passions, purpose, spiritual practices that deepen and support our lives, and new ways to bless our SLC community, from Youth & Family Ministries to those caring for aging parents and then, to ourselves.

It’s conscious elderhood: vibrant, connected and spiritually awake…with a lot of humor and maybe some dancing thrown in for good measure.

This evening will be facilitated by our own Jackie Schultz, Prayer Chaplain and Unity Minister in Training. With her long career in theatre as an actor, director and producer, she will bring her own flair, as we strive to begin work on a SLC Toolbox for the Spiritual Elder Project.

This WOW Wednesday program is open to the entire congregation
