Hand in hand with the one Creator, who has many names but is beyond all names and forms, we shift from polite, superficial dialogue to collaborative action. Rather than just highlighting shared similarities, let’s explore how future communities can embrace distinct, complex identities—collaborating to solve civic crises, protect cherished institutions, and navigate uncomfortable truths about differences with grace and respect.

Kais Menoufy is a prominent Egyptian-American businessman, community leader, and the founder and CEO of the Sacramento-based technology firm, Delegata. He has been formally recognized nationally by two different presidential administrations as well as by Sacramento civic leaders, for his extensive philanthropic work, advocacy for youth, and his role as an institute founder focused on advancing interfaith dialogue and peace initiatives.

Kais is deeply involved with the United Faith for Peace Institute, an organization committed to community empowerment, human development, and fostering interfaith understanding. The institute works to bridge divides and provide educational and support resources to empower immigrant communities, women, and marginalized populations.

Kais’ passion for business is equally reflected in his cultivation of bringing people from different walks of life together through the arts, music, dance, and cultures. He believes there is beauty in diversity and learning from one another in order to foster understanding, tolerance, and unity amongst people of different faiths and backgrounds. 

He is also passionate about creating opportunities for collaboration across the globe in education, technology, science, agriculture, law & policy. His focus is local, but his reach is global.

Kais’ unique blend of experience expanding markets for a diversity of technologies, his familiarity with global markets, his extensive management experience, and his philanthropic humanitarianism are a testament to the power of one individual to bring about change, cultivating peace through faith and acceptance through understanding.
